1. Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received it.
- In its original packaging with proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food items (e.g., cinnamon or honey) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product:
- Please contact us at info@goldgrovestore.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and a clear photo of the product issue.
- We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
- If your refund has not been received within this period, please contact your bank or card provider before reaching out to us.
4. Exchanges
- We currently only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.

5. Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Returned items should be shipped to our Dubai location (details will be provided upon approval of your request).
